'Suvi'
Suvi was born on Friday 21st June 2019 in Pippa's 2nd litter of 3 puppies (2 girls, 1 boy). Her father is RO/HU/SK/CZ/NL/DE/DK Ch Björn-Kulta Poika of Storm Valley, known as Björn who was BoB at Crufts 2019.
She lived in East Sussex with her breeder Irene Slater, grandmother Tuuli, and great-uncle Soren. She was jointly owned by Irene, Steffen Kopsch (Björn's owner), and Christine Dardis & Alun Green (Pippa's owners).
Suvi took part in her first show at Manchester Ch Show on Friday 17th January 2020 under Norwegian judge Mr. Espen Engh. She was 1st Puppy Bitch and Best Puppy.
Suvi was Best Puppy at Crufts on 8th March 2020 under breed specialist judge Mr. Stuart Byrne.
Suvi entered the Kennel Club's Good Citizen Dog Award Scheme held at the "Spitz in the Park" event on Sunday 1st August 2021. She first passed the Bronze award and then shortly afterwards she also took and passed the Silver award.
Suvi won her first Reserve CC at the Finnish Spitz Society's 40th Championship Show (judge Mrs Wendy Sharman) on 30th October 2021. She followed this up by winning both her first CC and BoB in her next show at Manchester Ch Show (judge Mr Dan Ericsson) on 23rd January 2022.
Suvi gave birth to her first litter of 4 puppies (2 boys, 2 girls) on Easter Monday 18th April 2022. The father is Theo (Saaisaaren Salmiakki Via Valokki).
R.I.P. Suvi 21/06/2019 - 24/12/2022
We were absolutely devastated to lose our lovely Suvi following a tragic road accident on Christmas Eve 24/12/2022. She was only 3 and a half years old. She leaves behind her 4 puppies born on 18/04/2022, just 3 months after winning her first CC and BoB at the Manchester Championship Show on 23/01/2022. She will be greatly missed by us and many others.
