'Venla'
Venla was born on 11th March 2010 as part of a litter of 3 dogs and 3 bitches. She passed away on 20th May 2021. She was owned by Johanna and David Mortimore and lived in Suffolk with the Mortimore family. She was the daughter of Priska and granddaughter of Ch. Valokki Helmi. Her brother is Mika. Venla was DNA profiled and had KC approved eye tests showing no abnormalities on 7th May 2011.

Venla spent 7 weeks between late January and early March 2015 in Helsinki, Finland. While there she had eye and elbow tests under the Finnish Kennel Club's PEVISA scheme. Results were:
Eyes: No evidence of inherited eye diseases (NAD)
Elbows: Healthy (patella luxation med. 0/0)
Venla was mated in Finland in early March 2015 with FIN Ch. Karvapörrin Kara (FIN36074/05), a Finnish dog suggested as sire by the Breeding Adviser of the SPJ (Spitz Breeds Club of Finland).
